The hotel is conveniently located, and the front desk staff are always nice and friendly. The view from our room is great, and the room is REALLY REALLY BIG (almost too empty) Good internet and has a water kettle for hot tea.

The breakfast was good. The room was very spacious, with a huge balcony, a separate storage room, and a small workspace in the hallway. The location is perfect for exploring the town and enjoying the view. Underground parking is available for an additional fee.

Every thing is good. Staff, location, room size, room cleanliness, view from room & what not. Everything is good. There is a roof top Japanese restaurant, which was a big surprise to have full fledged Japanese restaurant in a small town like Kempten. Hotel is located in middle of town. a unique balcony, which is part of room as well as it is a separated from room. Staff is ever smiling, very swift & ever caring.

Real high rise fabulous views from the restaurant on the 13th floor. Nice room quite large clean and comfy. Proper hotel parking for an inner city hotel, underground, perfect. Vending machine for snacks and a coffee machine. Nice.

Nice breakfast in the top floor. Larger room with nice balcony area. Lights in the room were very well placed. Available parking spaces in garage.

They offer a self check in and for us it was perfect because we arrived late at night. They have a garage and in the bedroom there's also a huge closed balcony, perfect for guests with animals. The furniture is a little bit old-style, but not a problem for us.🙂

The room was large , the water in the toilet was very nice , the staff was so nice and helpful, i went there late at 23:55 and they brought me the key , very very kind people and helpful , i definitely recommend this hotel .

The room was enormous. Comfortable bed. Great balcony. A kettle in the room. A pair of very nice armchairs and a coffee table. Excellent pizza restaurant in the same building. Great gym for those who are interested.

Very kind and professional staff. Nice to have a very good breakfast on the 13th floor. Restaurant could be improved. Very well positioned, with a garage at the property. Pet friendly. The large modern rooms with very nice view. Kempten is a nice place.
